Language Course Policies
Attendance
Regular attendance in all sessions is mandatory.
The maximum allowed consecutive absence is 2 weeks, and it is only permitted with prior coordination and approval from the instructor.
If a student is absent for more than 2 consecutive weeks, they will not have the right to continue or reserve their place in the course. To rejoin, registration for the course must be completed again.
Class Schedule
Sessions will be held according to the predetermined schedule. Any changes must be coordinated with the instructor.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered an absence for that session.
Tuition Payment
Course fees must be paid before the start of classes or according to the announced payment schedule.
Refunds are only possible under special circumstances and at the discretion of the management.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to our review. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility for refunds is subject to our review and discretion.
